Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Pre-Skates

Cancellation request received after the start of the session are non-refundable.

Travel (Youth & Girls Only)

See the RYHA Policy Manual for Complete Details. Cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of first RYHA funded team event in writing to ryha.hockeyreg@gmail.com,. A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed (based on the assigned team/level.) Bantam/15U level players are required to pay a $700 deposit, which is non-refundable if the player decides to play Varsity/JV. Season ending injury related cancellations made by January 15 will receive a prorated refund of fees. No refunds will be made after January 15. USA Hockey fees, MN Hockey fees, and/or arena surcharge are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
