Royals Speed & Strength:
A 7 week course designed for the competitive high school athlete. Participants will spend 1 hour in weight room doing total body workouts and 1 hour working on speed, agility and/or sport specific work.
Royals Introduction to Speed & Strength:
A 3 week course designed for football players entering 7th or 8th grade. Participants will spend 45 minutes in weight room with emphasis on proper lifting techniques and 45 minutes working on speed, agility and football skills.

Gigi Marvin: A member of the United States Women’s Olympic Hockey Team and won a gold (2018) and two silver (‘10, ‘14) Olympic medals. Played for the Boston Pride of the National Women’s Hockey League (’15-’17) and a graduate from the University of Minnesota (’09) and Warroad High School (’05).
RinkRat 19 Hockey School: a hockey camp designed to enhance individual skill development through on and off-ice training. The camp dates are July 8-12 and July 15-19 in Warroad, MN. Each week of camp has two groups of boys and girls (ages 3-8 and 9-14).
