Welcome Managers
Thank you for volunteering to be the Manager for your Team. What you do and the time you spend is greatly appreciated.
Volunteer Hours:
- Travel Managers will receive all of their volunteer hours for the season.
- Mite Managers will receive 7 hours toward their required volunteer hours. If you manage two teams, your hours will be completely fulfilled.

Manager - Volunteer Registration
Team Managers are required to register with USA Hockey and RYHA. Background check (required every 2 years) and SafeSport training (every year) is also required. Please complete these tasks within 72 hours of accepting the role of Team Manager.
Travel Manager Key Dates 2023 - 2024 Season
- Oct 17 - Fogerty Arena at 7pm
- Oct 19 - Fogerty Arena at 7pm
- Oct 24 - Rogers Ice Arena (Meeting Room) at 7pm
- Oct 26 - Rogers Ice Arena (Meeting Room) at 7pm
Oct 28 - Rosters are Due to D10
Nov 6 - League Play Starts
D10 Tournaments:
- Non Region Advance Teams (PWB2, PWC, BB2 all Squirts): 2/10/24 - 2/18/24
- Region Advancing Teams (PWAA, PWA, PWB1, BAA, BA & BB1): 2/16/24 - 2/25/24
Region & State Tournaments:
- Regions: 3/1/24 - 3/3/24 (Locations TBD)
- State: 3/15/24 - 3/17/24 (Locations TBD)
Mite Manager Key Dates 2023 - 2024 Season
- Mite Manager Meeting - November 16 @ 6:30 pm - RAC
- 12/2/23: Roster Sign-off
- 12/31/23: Team Rosters Locked
