2011-2012 RYHA Registration

Register online
On-line Registration for the 2011-2012 season is now available.
 
Each player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to RYHA's registration site to signup for the 2011-2012 season.

You must have an account on the RYHA website to register your child.  If you registered online last year, please use the same username and password.  If you need help with your username or password, follow the directions on the registration page.  Accepted methods of payment include: credit / debit cards, and PayPal.

 

ALL players must register with USA Hockey and pay a required $40 fee (Print your confirmation page - you will need it for RYHA registration). Any player with a birth year of 2005 or later will not have to pay the fee, but must still register. 

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CHILD WITH THE EXACT NAME THAT APPEARS ON THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

You must have an account on the RYHA website to register your child

and track your volunteer hours.  Click on “Create an account” at

the top of the website to set one up.  You will use the

same account for your whole family.

Below is a list of what this seasons fees will be for each level. As always, Goalie fees will be 1/2 price. And, if you have 3 or more skaters in a family the oldest 2 will pay full fees, any younger skaters will be 1/2 price and will not be required to participate in the mandatory fund raiser.

Fundraising Fee for all is $150.00

Registration Fees are based on age/team:

Mini Mite $250

Mite $450

House Squirt $800

Travel Squirt $1010

Peewee (B2/C) $1010

Peewee (A/B1) $1225*

Bantam (B2/C) $1225

Bantam (A/B1) $1450*

Girls 10U $1010

Girls 12U $1225

*Peewees and Bantams - at the time of registration you will be asked to pay the lower of the two listed fees. If your child gets rostered on an A or B1 level team, your fee's will then be adjusted to reflect the higher rate for those teams. (This is a new fee structure for RYHA, so please ask if you have any questions.)

 

****New this year at the Bantam Level - We will be having tryouts specifically for the "A" team, and you must make this designation at the time of your online registration.

**Registration is not complete until: all online registration is done (USA Hockey and RYHA), the parent meeting has been attended, all registration requirements listed below have been turned in to the registration director, and your fundraiser has been picked up.

Registration Requirements

  1. Payment: Online with CC (pay in full or pay in installments) or by check for full amount, INCLUDING the fundraising fee.
  2. $200 Volunteer check, post dated to 3/15/12 (Your check will not be cashed if your volunteer hours are completed by the end of the 2011/2012 hockey season.
  3. Birth Certificate (if you are new to RYHA)
  4. Signed Code of Conduct (Must be signed by BOTH parents and the player)
  5. Consent to Treat/Medical Form
  6. USA Hockey confirmation sheet w/ barcode
Skaters will not be allowed to participate in Tryouts or any
RYHA functions until their registration has been completed!
 
 
All past due accounts must be PAID IN FULL before registering for the 2011-2012 season.

Additional Notes

 

~MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO "RYHA"
~CLEARLY INCLUDE YOUR PLAYERS NAME AND LEVEL OF PLAY IN MEMO AREA OF CHECK.
~THE NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE AND TRYOUT FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE TRYOUTS.
~BANTAMS HAVE A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE TRYOUT FEE AND MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE RYHA FUNDRAISER.
~IF YOUR SQUIRT LEVEL SKATER PARTICIPATES IN TRYOUTS AND IS PLACED ON A HOUSE TEAM, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FEE AMOUNT MINUS A $75 TRYOUT FEE.
~FEES WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY IF A PLAYER IS PLACED ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL TEAM THAN REGISTERED FOR.
~ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 1ST, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS. (IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN, PLEASE CONTACT THE RYHA TREASURER, LISA PARENT.)
~RYHA FEES COVER ALL LEAGUE GAMES, DISTRICT TOURNAMENTS, TOURNAMENT FEES AND A PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF PRACTICE HOURS. YOUR PROGRAM FEE DOES NOT COVER ADDITIONAL TOURNAMENTS, HOTEL/TRAVEL COSTS, ADDITIONAL PRACTICE ICE, TEAM APPAREL, OR TEAM TRAINING AT OUTSIDE FACILITIES. YOUR TEAM MANAGER/COACH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING ADDITIONAL TEAM FEES TO COVER EXPENSES NOT PAID FOR BY RYHA.
~OUR PROGRAM REQUIRES A MANDITORY FUNDRAISER OF $150 PER SKATER. 2011-2012 FUNDRAISER IS RAFFLE TICKETS.

Volunteer Requirements

Families will be required to work ten (10) hours during the hockey season for an individual registered skater.  Four (4) of the hours required need to be at a RYHA sponsored tournament. The volunteer hours are capped at fifteen (15) hours per family.

You will be required to submit a check in the amount of $200.00 per skater, up to two (2) skaters. These checks will be held and destroyed if ALL volunteer hours are completed for each skater. If the requirements are not completed in full, your check will be cashed.
